My journey to starting this business has been shaped by over a decade of hands-on experience and a lifelong passion for building.

I began my career in construction as a laborer, learning the ropes from the ground up. After two years, I transitioned into property insurance, where I served as an adjuster for eight years, gaining valuable insights into the insurance side of the industry. From there, I worked as an estimator and salesman for a construction company for four years, further deepening my expertise.

In May 2023, I officially launched 3:16 Roofing to bring my love for small business, construction, and customer service together. For me, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a customer’s joy when their vision becomes reality.

I’ve been married to my incredible wife, April, for 13 years, and together we’re raising two amazing kids: Reese and Lane. We live in Douglass, KS, where we enjoy the simple pleasures of small-town life.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, coaching and cheering on my kids in sports, going to the lake, riding four-wheelers, and working around the farm.
